I won't have that problem with this pan. Two things that I really appreciate about this pan: 1. It is oven safe to 350 F. Many of my favorite recipes call for transferring a pan from stove top to oven which makes this a great feature. 2. It is dishwasher safe. I hate pans that don't let me use the "Pots & Pans" function on my dishwasher. The less I have to handwash, the happier I am.
