For the price this is an excellent wedding gift, first apartment at college etc gift. Everything you'll need is included for under $100. You get a 9x13 Cookie Pan, 8" Skillet, 10" Skillet w/ a lid, 11" Square griddle, 1 Qt Saucepan w/ a lid, 2 Qt Saucepan w/ a lid and a 5 Qt Dutch Oven w/ a lid. It comes with a few utensils which are all you need as well. You can't get these very hot 350F is the highest recommended temperature. My griddle has already wrapped but I used it on the grill for vegetables and it didn't withstand the heat. My fault. Do not put in the dishwasher, the Teflon will not hold up. OK for the price. The nonstick surface is adequate and it seems to heat evenly. The FIRST set we used, the outside scorched and the paint pretty much burned right off the small and medium saucepans. Then the handle fell right off the smallest saucepan after about 35 days of moderate use. I went through the exchange process - the usual cheerful, prompt, and no-questions-asked exchange process through Amazon fulfillment, but a hassle b/c I had to unpackage a whole new set and repackage the old set. Big pain. The SECOND set for some weird reason is bearing up better than the first...the exterior finish isn't scorching at all. It's like it's a slightly better version of the same set of pans. I didn't go top of the line with this purchase because my significant other cannot be trusted to not use metal utensils and I can't be trusted to not lose my mind if I witness him scraping a $100 pan with a fork, so I went middle-of-the-road in the spirit of compromise.
